How to un-componentize a component in Figma

Make a copy, detach from instance, delete original.

How to quickly duplicate and repeat items in Figma

Select your component on page.
Make a copy (Command + C) and paste it on page (Command + V)
Right-click the copy and select "Detach from instance"
Delete the component.
